About Me
I got my leadership & team building sea legs as a Project Manager at an engineering agency, where I learned about managing 8 figure budgets & teams of 60. The best part about that job was that my team & I had fun at work while hitting major unheard of goals.
What wasn't fun was interacting with other departments that weren't having fun at work. When I started to push for the culture change, the corporate overlords were not interested. Fun at work was taboo.
Lucky for me, I already had my foot in the online space working with corporate defectors. I was so sure that all these online businesses would be fun places to work.
I was wrong. As an OBM for agency owners, I found income capped, overworked & stressed out owners with a teams of insecure, uninvested & sad team members.
